59Easy Weight Loss Diet Plan: Eat the foods you love and lose weight
You want the best free diet plan that will allow you to eat all the foods you love and still lose weight? I suppose you do otherwise you wouldn't be here reading this.
Dieting can seem confusing and complex. But the truth is very simple. All of the nonsense pills, creams, lotions, devices, gadgets, doo-hickeys and so on will not make you get thin fast.
Eating less than you expend daily will help you lose weight fast. Period.
I have personally used this plan and recommend it immensely. However, what I can do is give you a run down on the process. I will provide you with several tips that will make it easy for you to follow and lose weight.
Tip #1
Make a plan and set a goal.
Know what you want to lose and decide that you are serious. You don't get on a plane and tell the pilots to just take you anywhere do you? Of course not. You get on with a destination in mind. The same goes for anything and losing weight is no different. If you don't have a goal set or don't actually decide that this is going to happen then you might as well click on a picture of someone that you want to look like and start praying for a miracle. Not to sound harsh but the only way to accomplish anything with any certainty is by setting a goal and the taking action and doing.
Tip #2
Work the plan.
Eat more frequent and small meals and have a protein shake for breakfast. This is the key. Protein that is slow digesting will keep you feeling fuller and is not empty calories. It will tide you over and help you to not store fat. Have a large bottle of water handy as well. Often times dehydration is mistaken for hunger. Sip the water and you may find your hunger subsides.
By eating more frequent, healthy meals (a hot BBQ chicken breast with some mixed veggies with some lemon juice over top) will keep you metabolism revving and allow you to get more calories burned while also keeping you feeling full longer. You'll likely crave junk food less as well.
Tip #3
Relax - It will all happen in time.
Cheat. Yes, Cheat on your diet and don't feel guilty about it. It's ok to cheat weekly. Make a day of it. If you love pizza and need to have it then do so. Have that pizza and pop. Eat the chocolate that you love so much. I told you this was the best free diet plan!
Cheating allows you to change your body's way of thinking and allow for weight loss to occur. If you are constantly in a calorie deficit you will confuse your body into believing you are starting which is bad. Eat everything you want one day a week. Make it a set day. Say Saturday or Sunday. Be a glutton. It will also keep you sane as there is an end in site while eating 'clean'.
This tip alone will keep you going longer than some of those regimented diets that don't allow for leniency. That is usually the downfall of most people. Getting lost in the moment, eating something they shouldn't. Then feeling guilty. Then deciding all is lost and feeling hopeless. Falling off the diet. Gaining back more weight.
Heck anyone who's attempted to get thin fast more than once has encountered this problem. The best thing is to know that your cheat day is coming and you can have those things you crave. Then you can safely go back to your 'diet' and moderate what you eat. Trust me this has helped me lose 34 pounds rather fast. (3 months).
